The response versus reaction

I sometimes have clients who feel fear in meeting with me.

This is something I want to talk about now. We all are in situations where we feel things. Fear, love, happiness, loneliness, abandonment and so on.

In the first place, these are all just feelings until we label them and attach them to a story in the past, or a story that is coming down the family-line.

If we don’t know ourselves, our shadow-side, we live believing these stories and giving them form every time we react the same old way to a feeling that is rising.

The higher manifestation or frequency would be to not label any feelings when they arise! To not believe them outright, but learn to have a pause and just observe, explore the feeling first.

Like a young child would.

This requires space and presence within. Ability to just be in what is rising instead of an old, patterned way. Usually, the old pattern is rooted in fear and lack and can’t be trusted.

So, when a feeling comes up and it’s fear, it doesn’t automatically mean the situation is bad or dangerous, it can mean that an old hurt or trauma is touched by someone else or a circumstance, and that’s all.

My clients, sometimes, feel fear or become uncomfortable and this is no different than feeling lovely, expanding or loved😊really.

All feelings mean the same thing at first, that we are responding to something. Either something good or a hurt/trauma. All of it is in our unconscious or shadow-side.

And, right underneath the unconscious is the Feminine Mystery, the unknown. We all yearn to return to it, become it again, like when we were little children, that’s all.

In my presence these unconscious points can be touched and a fear OR peacefulness, relaxation rises up. Not because I’m special or better in anyway, but because I have opened and relaxed in my nervous system and body and I help you to do the same. It’s very natural and we all can do that😊we are suppose to be like that. Like a one year old or a baby, but with adult, mature consciousness and understanding due to lived life and difficulties we have faced and evolved!

So, in openness and relaxed nervous system feelings registers as something to look at and explore, because we know I’m responsible for my feelings, they are rising within me after all…

In closed and rigid nervous system this registers as something to run away from, to shield from, to escape. Blaming someone else or the circumstances… being a victim.

An open and relaxed nervous system and body doesn’t react anymore, it just observes first.

Huge difference!! And there’s a practical and simple ways to learn to open and relax in our nervous systems🤍

In my Somatic healing sessions this is what you will learn. Why it is soooo healing and will help in any situation that rises in life. In love life, at work, with family and children.

This will also bring self awareness and understanding of your patterns.

Basically, to accept yourself as you are🥰to love yourself, choose yourself! To forgive yourself and not feel shame anymore.

To stop self-abandoning  and being a victim and instead stepping into your real power, the feminine power, that is relaxed and open and doesn’t seek dominance or control over others and doesn’t compare.
